June is National Pride Month

In less than two years Target’s gone from pissing gay marriage supporters to infuriating same sex marriage opponents!

The bulls eye retailer is now under fire for selling a collection of PRIDE t-shirts, including one that was designed by Gwen Stefani, that will help raise funds to defeat a gay marriage ban in Minnesota.

According to a Target spokesperson the t-shirt promo was organized by a group of employees and they’re more than happy to be supporting a great cause:

“Target is pleased to be able to bring our guests products they want while, in turn, helping support the LGBT community through the donation of 100% of the purchase price to theFamily Equality Council.”

Ricky Martin to Host Obama Fundraiser

 

President Obama’s next trip to NYC will include a Ricky Martin-hosted event put on by the LGBT Leadership Council, Obama for America and the Futuro Fund. The party, to take place at the Rubin Museum of Art, will try to court two key constituencies the President’s re-election campaign: gays and Latinos and will cost between $5,000 and $35,800 to attend.
